Delivery at destination

Congratulations, you made it to your new home! Now it is time for you and your family to settle in. Make sure you are in touch with the local utility companies and make necessary arrangements for service if you have not done so already.

You or an adult 18+ must be present during the entire delivery.

Please sign the inventory list verifying receipt of your belongings and note any damaged goods, missing items or changes.

Do not schedule any appointments, meetings or travel on your delivery day.

Unpacking services are always authorized, the designated crew will remove the items from the boxes and place the items on a flatsurface (i.e. floor, bed, countertop, etc.) along with a full debris removal.

Keep in mind that situations outside of the Suddath ® team’s control may result in delivery delays. Suddath will work closely with you on any rescheduling needs and will maintain close communication with up-to-date information. Please keep an open mind and maintain a flexible schedule.
